Castlemelody is a full branding company. 3. Do you do mock-up design before being paid? Answer: Yes, but not both. You need to choose ONLY one. This should be decided by you and should be specified after you order. We will only provide one source file (either .psd OR .ai). Alternatively, a .cdr source file format may also be requested instead.

Doing speculative work without an assurance of being hired is unfair on the part of our design artists who will need to spend billable hours working on the design. The time spent doing the design is not recoverable. That's the purpose of a portfolio.
